to the NEW YEAR!

this year has passed so fast. the new year is gonna be here in 3 days time and i still cant believe it. sometimes i wonder to myself what on earth did i do this year. was i productive at all? did i accomplish anything? for me this year had its up and downs. at some parts i was the happiest girl alive and the other i really wanted days to pass by faster.but now, end of the year seems very much like the starting of the year where i was happy aand im very much grateful things have pretty much worked out in every aspect. i've survived year 1 and anticipating year 2 and beyond, i realised how important friendship is, i visited 2 different countries, i attended my first rave, i started this blog! and i'm updating still! and i grew closer to alot more people. anyway as always resolutions are always haunting me and here's the list

1) start saving money and think before i buy something

2) exercise 3 times a week

3) dont take small things to heart and bicker

4) dont be so lazy andd messy

5) visit another country

6) get organized on my lil purple journal

i can't think of anymore. there are 3 though which i can't really mention. i just need to put it in my head and actually do. the 3 most important. anyway i hope 2010 will bring loads of joy and adventure. i really can't wait to start fresh. not looking forward to hitting the big two 000. so old ady. anyway new year plans are at amars since everywhere else is gonna be packed to the brim so house parties are always the best on occasions. 59 posts this year. not bad.

the one with the birthday.

so it started off the previous day with mummy first. she took me shopping to get my gift. after 2ish hours in one u i was finally a happy giddity girl. came home, showered and picked huiley up for dinner with her at pyramid. was heading towards MFM when we discovered how full the place was and so headed to tony romas, which was full as well but we killed time by getting fondue. hehe we had our mains which were ceasar salad for her and a big juicy burger for me. onion rings complimentary. see what coupons can bring you?! anyway we stuffed ourselves and wanted dessert but by the time we were done it was passed 10 and every shop in the shopping mall was closed so we opted for bubba gump cookie and ice-cream. bliss :D and being the usual huiley there's always something up her sleeve. and while i thought she went to the toilet, she sneakily told them it was my birthday. and i had to do the whole stand on the chair and shake your booty. so shy :/ after dessert we headed to helo bali for free drinks and then myloverboy came to surprise me @12 with his infected eye. went to pick sharma frm bangsar and headed back to canai for shisha before heading home.

on the birthday itself mum made crabs for lunch. and you'll only see crabs in my house during special occasions or when guest come. so ate until i cudnt digest anymore :D took a short nap before baby called to go shopping for my present and head to dinner straight. so he waited for me till i got ready. left to midvalley, got my gift and was aimlessly walking to kill time. had ice cream and snapped photos in btw. later he insisted on going to bangsar chilli's which i didn't get considering there was a chilli's in MV and due to my intriguing nature i made him blow my surprise.hahaha. and he tried to cover before a fellow mate blew it again.haha so anyway i had a nice birthday dinner at chilli's with my lovelys, cut my favourite indulgence cake and had good laughs with the bunch at mango mania laterr before calling it a night. all in all i was a happy happy girl!

so this year i got shades from mumsy, bikini from sister, money from pati, handbag from baby, footscrub from jilly and this cute present-ish innerwear frm gerard,dinesh,rabin and kubhlan!

I'm back from Singapore baby. i cant believe i haven't blogged in so long. i cant even remember what i did. I'll just sum in up in pictures. easier and Singapore will definitely be in another post. anyway Christmas is nearing. time is flying by so fast. so its time for the Christmas wish list. haha although half the things are wayy too expensive. just for the sake of writing la ok. birthday one surprise me. haha so cibai.

minus a few blunders caused by yours truly the event was great. fashion show, live grafitti, exhibition and auction. you defo missed out! event ended ard 7 and by 8 ish we had our butts planted @ nirvana's bangsar for banana leaf where we got loads and loads or fried crispy bitter gourd. second serving fo free because they forgot to give us papadam. haha headed home after to pack for singapore.

after what seems like ages we finally hit the movies on Saturday. wanted to watch 2012 but apparently it was 3 hours long so decided to watch NewMoon. i thought it was pretty good despite feedbacks of it being such a let down. i don't know which team i'm on. i don't even think i want to belong to any team. i'm not crazily obsessed. to sum up my thoughts abt the characters: edward and his vamp gang are way too pale with exeption of the dread lock guy which is just plain scary, jacob looked way better with short hair and bella was pretty but so hung up.hehe so before the movie we had dinner at mfm. if u've been reading since the beginning i've mentioned how i wanted to treat him to the platter for 2. but due to the fact he cant eat the prawns he opt for his fav fish and chips and me pasta. filled up our tummies and i dragged him out to take pictures with the Christmas deco they put up. there was snowwwwww. ok not really just foam lah. the next day i was craving meatballs so we went back there again. haha. and i made him take another picture with the tree.

so Tuesday i met up with some ol buddies at mandolin.. this quite secluded pub in kj.. there was suppose to be a performance of some sort so al picked me after i had banana leaf dinner at bangsar.. rushed home put on some light make up and rushed out again. had some good fun and company that night.
